Bring nothing. Your therapist asks what is bothering you and where, then adjusts pressure and technique based on your answer. Speak up once the session starts if you want it lighter or firmer. That conversation takes two minutes, and it separates a decent massage from the right one.
Every Technique, No Booking Required:
All nine techniques are open to walk-ins, subject to who is on shift that day. Deep tissue, sports, Swedish, foot reflexology, backwalk (Ashiatsu), shiatsu, acupressure, hot stone, and prenatal.
You are not stuck with a rushed chair massage because you did not call ahead. Walking in gets you the same table, the same hour, and the same therapist as with a booking made three weeks ago.

None of that is a rule. You can still walk in at 6 PM on a Saturday and often get seen. Calling ahead just turns a maybe into a yes, which matters more when you have driven across town for it.
