Regular Massage
One price covers every technique. Swedish, deep tissue, sports, shiatsu, acupressure, hot stone, foot reflexology, and backwalk all run at the same rate, so pick what your body needs rather than what your budget allows. Your therapist asks what is bothering you before starting, then works full body or focuses in on the trouble spots.

Prenatal Massage
Side-lying throughout, with bolsters supporting your back, hips and bump, so you are never face down. Your therapist adjusts pressure and positioning as your trimester changes and avoids the areas that need avoiding. Most guests start booking in the second trimester. Check with your midwife or doctor first if your pregnancy is being monitored closely.

Couples Massage
Two therapists, two tables, one room, at the same time. You and your partner pick your own techniques, so one of you can take deep tissue while the other takes Swedish. Booking together costs the same per person as coming in alone. Popular for anniversaries, though most of these bookings are just an ordinary Tuesday.

No, and it is never expected. What you see above is what you pay at the desk. Tips are welcome if you thought the hour was worth it, and nobody will think anything of it if you skip one.
Identical. Turning up without calling costs you nothing extra, any day between 10 AM and 9 PM. Booking ahead only buys you a guaranteed slot with the therapist and session length you want, not a different rate.
No. Every technique runs at the standard rate for that session length. Plenty of places charge a premium for the stone work in particular, which is why our table has one set of prices rather than a base rate and a list of upgrades.
Yes, online or at the front desk. They work against any service and any session length, so you can give someone an hour without choosing the technique for them.
